Favorites deleted!

Hi
Ive been using in Maxthon for couple of years now.
today i tried accensing my Favorites and the only links i c is are the default ones - MSN, Radion Station etc...
where all my favorites?? i tried dwnloading it from Maxthon servers (File/Upload download userdata) it that operation fails.
I really need my favorites... please help

hey your program just wiped out my favorites and all my history that I need so what did your program do to me? this sucks, I want my info back, so what do i do to get it back and were did it go? I didnt do a thing i came home and everything was gone, and as I see above many are suffering from your program just like I am. please send to me how to retrieve my very important info. thank you.

I just used your recovery tools in favorites, more actions, restore from back up and there is nothing there, you destroyed all my info, why? where is my info? please reply. thank you.

My favorites are also gone and settings are getting changed. The whole browser is running very oddly.

My favorites are now back, but I cant get into the Setup Center and settings are changed that I did not change.

Downloaded the latest version and my favorites are gone again! I cant get them back from the restore function either because that is the same few favorites that I have been left with.
