from where i can include 2.5 web toolbar. I am missing screen capture and magic fill etc. functionalities of maxthon.split is also missing..

Did you read the inf at Maxthon 3's start page, that says "Maxthon 3.0 Alpha 3 is not as complete as Maxthon 2.x and many other browsers. It has only basic features and may not meet your needs for daily use. It may also be buggy and should not be used for critical tasks."
