i want this small feature, when opening a tab, DONT switch to it immediatly

Then you should activate Force Open Links in Background by clicking its icon on Status Bar..

Go to Tools > Maxthon Setup Center > Tabs Bar > Activate New Tab after open section and remove the ticks which fits your needs, then hit Apply at the top of the page..

sorry friend, your answer is not right, have a try by yourself, my quetion is when you click on new tab or open new tab from anywhere eg on webpage, from browser, whereever, i want maxthon to stay on my own tab and just open new tab in backgroud, in firefox, u will find this option and in IE also but not in maxthon, i like macthon 99%, if this tab resolve then i like it 100%
